1. HSE management for prevention-first: zero accident rate on heavy casualty, significant traffic accident, and major fire hazard; prevent work-related death, minimize the injuring accident, zero rate of occupational disease.
2. Excellence of product quality: once acceptance rate of product must beyond 98%, customer’s satisfaction rate must not below 98%, rate of qualified delivery must be 100%, prevent defective goods entering the market.
