TQD series Dome valve

TQD series Dome Valve belongs to a new type of fast-open-close valve. This kind of valve allows a flflexible operation, which leads characteristics of none-scoured spool, tightly sealed, high performance, auto-con trolling, and reliable operation. During the open and close process of Dome Valve, there is a micro gap between spool and rubber seal ring, which makes spool be able to move without touching the seal ring. When Dome valve is closed, rubber seal ring is inflflated, expanded, and tightly pressed on the spool, then the flflowing of materials in pipe is stopped as a reliable sealing ring is formed. When opened, rubber seal ring is exhausted, Dome valve spool is initialed, and valve is opening. This series of vales is broadly applied to open and close the pipeline which containing the abrasive materials, such as the dry ash systems in thermal power plants, cement plants, chemical plants, metallurgy plants, papermaking plants, medicine plants, etc.
