TZC series sleeve regulating valve

TZC series sleeve regulating valve applies sleeve guide and pressure balanced spool, so it’s suitable for conditions of big differential pressure. By replacing upper valve seat with balanced sealing ring, the traditional sleeve double-seat structure is changed to sleeve single-seat structure, and it highly improves leakage level of sleeve valve. Valve spool is designed as pressure balanced structure to lower the open-close force. It can control the condition of high differential pressure with less thrust from actuating mechanism, has good sealing capacity, and allows big differential pressure. Sleeve guiding also has characteristics of big guiding area, good stability, compact structure, fast online replacement of valve internal parts, high maintaining efficient, and labour cost saving. Balanced valve spool structure guarantees the minimum thrust requirement on actuating mechanism. This series is broadly applies in flow controlling of medium and low temperature and pressure pipelines, which requires better dynamic stability.
