TQTYZ series metal hard sealed ball valve

TQTYZ series applies fixed ball structure, which makes metal-to-metal seals between ball and valve seat, and stem is designed as blow-out proofing, high temperature jam proofing, and essentially anti-fire and anti-static. By applying variety advanced hardening techniques, including of supersonic spray, nickle-based spray welding, surface special hardening, and cemented carbide spray welding, the surface hardness of ball and seat normally can reach HRC60, and HRC74 in higher levels, so that reliable sealing under various temperature and pressure is achieved, for customers’ different operating conditions and requirements. Material of sealing surface can reach 540℃, maximum 980℃ of temperature resistance, and 10000PSI of bonding strength with good performance on friction-resisting and impact-resisting. This type of product is suitable for most severe working conditions, and especially for those containing solid particle medium, slurry, pulverized coal, ash, etc.
